Becoming a Patent Agent/Lawyer / Chemical Engineer in Bio patent law

I have a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering and am currently working for a very large biotech company in CA.

I'm considering going to law school to become a patent attorney.

Will I be one of the millions of B.S. degree candidates looking for a patent job after graduating from law school?

Will my background in ChemE (2yrs work experience + degree) help me at all?

Would getting an M.S. be a benefit?

Is there a strong demand for patent attorneys with Chemical Engineering degrees (besides biotech)

Any advice would be appreciated

Education and Law Schools / LSAT Test Prep class - which one?

I will be taking the LSAT in Feb. and was considering a LSAT prep course from Test Masters www.testmasters180.com

I've researched Kaplan, Princton, etc. and Test Masters seemed interesting as they provide every single published LSAT question as part of the course.

Has anyone heard of this company or taken a class with them? Any advice would be appreciated before I invest mucho dinero.
