Patent Bar Questions / Recent Changes to the Patent Registration Exam

Is anyone personally familiar with the recent changes to the USPTO registration exam? I have passed and failed (55%, 65%) the exam prior to the recent changes. I will be taking the "new" exam this week. I have reviewed and am using the current references material to answer old questions. I have not noted any major changes, just minor. Is my review of old practice questions a waste of time? Also, I know that it is too late to change my study process. I will sleep better this week knowing any major changes that I should be aware of.
