USPTO refuse because likelihood confusion and his brand is on International class 12:
- Vehicles, in particular electric vehicles, namely, electric cars, electric motorcycles, electric trucks, electric buses, electric drives for vehicles, electric motors for motor cars, and structural parts therefor

My idea is register my brand in specific class, does it help?
- CLASS D12, TRANSPORTATION
   107   CYCLE OR MOTORCYCLE:
   111   . Bicycle or frame

My brand was refused because of likelihood of confusion. My idea is register again in same class but narrowing the list of product/services.

- The brand registered has this:
IC 012. US 019 021 023 031 035 044. G & S: Vehicles, in particular electric vehicles, namely, electric cars, electric motorcycles, electric trucks, electric buses, electric drives for vehicles, electric motors for motor cars, and structural parts therefor

- And my idea is that mine has: IC 012. US 019 021 023 031 035 044. G & S: Electric bike.

Is it possible?

My brand was refused because of likelihood of confusion with another trademark. I abandoned it, because I prefer to register again with some differences.
Do you think they will refuse again?
What are the strategies for avoiding this kind of issues, consider that I can change a little my brand?.
I remember the case of mexican's beer CORONA. In Spain it was previous registered, so they register CORONITA.
