After looking thru the USPTO web site, I have some questions.
I've created a website that aggregates a specific type of video.
When people upload videos, they agree to the Terms and Conditions of the web site,
which essentially makes the media files uploaded the property of the company that runs
the web site. The videos are automatically branded with a name watermarked on the video,
which is seen when the videos are viewed by web site visitors.

I'd like to trademark that name as a brand.

Based on what I've stated here, my question is:

Would what I've described qualify as a service in the eyes of USPTO?
So, as to be eligible for a trademark or service mark?
