How to change applicant of a 35-series application (Hauge)?

I have a Hague application that designates the US and received a 35xxxx application number. I want to change the applicant. In a regular US application (non-Hague), you provide a corrected filing receipt to do this. But in Hague applications, the USPTO mentions that filing a corrected ADS is not permitted in Hague applications. Why? And if so, how to correct/change/update the applicant?
