Hi,

Can anyone point out the cheapest/easiest way to buy a file wrapper.  I checked the USPTO website and it asks for an account, and I do not have one.

For abandoned or issued applications.  I was able to get File Wrapper for pending applications through PAIR system at USPTO.gov
