Can I patent this??
« on: 08-29-08 at 02:17 pm »

I have a online service that requires a patent

What is unique is the view of the process and more importantly
the process to run the online service. Other Businesses exist
but they have a longer process to access the same service.

I would like to patient a "single click" process to run the service.

Is this possible?

If your shorter process is a novel and non-obvious improvement over existing processes, then, yes, it's patentable.

Regards.
