102 e,f,g/103c exception

I have a question regarding 102 e,f,g and 103c disqualification. If a prior art is rejected under 102b and 103a, could I still disqualify the prior art under 103 c exception, since the art also qualifies under 102e,
? Thanks,
Iris Mok

No you cannot.

Read 103(c) again paying very close attention to the word
"only".  If art is qualified under 102(a) or 102(b) in
addition to 102(e) then the art defeating provision of 103(c)
does not apply.
