what is the range of purity of a "substantially pure" compound?

i would like to know what is the percentage or range of purity specified, when using the term "substantially pure"
in claims...

The first place to look for guidance is the specification.  Failing guidance in the spec, consider if there is some level of purity required for the gadget to serve its intended purpose?

It is obsalutely based on the information disclosed or defined in the specification

if not given in the specification we can cosider of the purpus of the invetion or examples.
