when to use "sufficiently duplicative"?

i came across the term "sufficiently duplicative" in some claims. can anyone tell me its meaning and usage?

it's not a standard term in the arts I'm familiar with.

folks will likely need the context of the term to interpret it for you.

I've never used the term.  A quick perusal of issued patents using "sufficiently duplicative" suggest that the term is most often (only?) used when comparing amino acid sequences of DNA and that patents using the term will give a functional or operational definition that will allow a person of some skill in the art (which would exclude me at least) to determine the meaning of "sufficiently duplicative" for that particular patent.
