Hi Mr. Dudley,

False advertising is pretty far removed from patents (which is the primary topic of this particular forum).  I would post your question under Miscellaneous.  False advertising is a form of unfair competition which is loosely related to intellectual property.  Perhaps someone here who does trademark or copyright work might have some experience in false advertising.  Patents are a rather peculiar specialty and there is relatively little crossover between patent work and non-patent work.
