should i just be concerned with whether the product is in the same industry as my product?

or should i be worried about classes? if its in the same class and has the same mark?

You should only be worried about whether there would be a likelihood of confusion between your mark and the other mark.  The answer to that inquiry may depend in part on the factors you indicated.
