Help w/next Step after developing Idea/Concept??
« on: 09-18-07 at 02:22 pm »

I have an idea for a new product and am wondering what my next step would be. I fully believe that this item would sell and it would be extremely economical. I was just wondering what I should do from here.
I only have the idea and have no idea how I can go about executing this or anything....Please help! I am clueless!!

Thank you so so much!

Hello Alexis.  I have a post on this forum under "Buy & Sell" and is attached below.  I would be very interested to learn more about your idea.

I always sign a non-disclose / non-compete agreement, as anyone you talk with should do.

I look forward to speaking with you soon.

Doug

I am looking for the next "WOW" product.  Proven investor with repeated success taking products from concept to market.  Some of the ideal criteria that I am looking for in a product, but not required is; lawn & garden related, products that "help" people, especially our aging population, around the home - problem solver type ideas, etc.  Please contact me at drvag@fuse.net or you may also call me at 859-468-3658.  Thank you

Vagedes is correct in general.  As an attorney, however, I have never been asked to sign such a document, and doubt I would.  My ethical obligations would seem to make it redundant.

Mr. Richards, thank you for pointing that out.  My comment was meant to include all non-attorney persons.
