Hi all,

I would like to post a bid on a freelancing site about a software project, and then I plan to integrate the resulting  product into another piece of software of my own OR sell it as it is , on my own. Is it possible that I obtain full exclusive rights on the (outsourced) product, I mean is there any legal procedure that can stop me from doing so, or is it only a matter of mutual informal negotiation between the buyer and the seller ? Thanks.
