I have the perfect pitch for a blue jeans commercial. Any ideas on what to do next? :o

Well,

You could try applying for a job with Levi's and working your way to the right position.

You could go ahead and film the commercial, or a similar one.  In doing so perhaps you could at least obtain some copyright protection (which might be meaningless depending on the specifics of your idea).

In a theoretical sense, again depending on the specifics of your idea, you could go ahead and try to patent a novel method of marketing blue jeans.  In theory this could grant you better protection for your idea than anything else.  Thats not likely going to be cheap though, and its not going to guarantee anything, and selling/licensing any patent is not statistically easy (and that might be an understatement).
