  Hello,

I have an invention but can't afford the patent attorney and fees. I need an angle investor. I would consider part ownership of patent to anyone that can get the job done.

Below is how I usually work but I do have access to some funding from investors. My money stays in the manufacturing end. Do you have a sales and marketing plan?


If you want to keep some control over your idea and can handle the sales and marketing end, I work with inventors to get they're idea tooled up and ready for manufacturing.  All manufacturing is done overseas. I partner with inventors (they must have patent or patent pending), I handle all overseas development and manufacturing with no money out of your pocket, while the inventor handles technical from this end along with sales. I do have a salesman with 35 yrs. sales expierience who can assist for a commission on the sales end. Working this way, you get to share the lions share of the profit of your idea instead of a 2% royalty. Just another option.
