I filed a PCT application some times in Feb, 2007.

I intent to file a us patent application with USPTO.

can i use the filing date of the PCT as a priorty for my US?

Yes.  You simply enter the national phase in accordance with 35 USC 371.  The deadline for doing so is 30 months from your PCT filing date (August 2009), but there's no requirement for waiting that long.
