Need some help.
« on: 02-09-04 at 05:24 pm »

Me and my sister want to start a clothing line and we have a name and have drawn some designs.  But we don't know where we can patent or how much it is. So if you know where we can do this and find more information about it. Please E-mail me at hotpink_shoelaces@hotmail.com, or lildeadfreak@yahoo.com. Thank You.

Hotpink etc.
You can find info and even instructions with regard to patents, trademarks and copyrights. You had better find an intellectual property lawyer that you can trust.

It is not not just filing that counts, its know and understanding the law that makes the difference.

There is a $100 Million Dollar ia year ndustry just getting patents. Only one in ten thousand get back more than they pay.

If you have a fat and skinney bladed, folded metal  electric plug in you wall, a partner of mine solicited the patent on that. I is also on the 200th Anniversary Poster for the Patent and Copyright Statutes.
