How can I write a claim where I would like to include, where information can be in this database or that database or both.


the method of claim 1, wherein a image is in a first or a second or both?....

you can include where the image is in "at least one of a, b, c, or d."  this is meant to include a, ab, ac, ad, bc, etc..  However, if you use "a, b, c, and d", then it has a different meaning.
