I registered trademark in my country, as a graphic design in  class 34. A big multi national company want to take it from me. They started procedure declaring that they are the author of  the design. As far as I know there is no authors in trademark matters. I heard that in some countries (Germany for example) such kind of procedure  is forbidden . I want to retain my tm, so i need information concerning this problem. Is there any book, advice or praktice related to trademarks and authors in graphic design? Thanks in advance!
