USPTO still alive?
« on: 04-23-04 at 09:40 am »

I have called no less than 7 people in the USPTO over the last month or two (most of the repeatedly), and none of them has returned my call on any matter.

Is anyone else having this problem?  Is it me?  Do I need a breath mint?

Thanks for letting me vent....

Thanks.  I actually talked to someone today.  I had thought that all of the files had been digitized by now, too.  However, apparently a substantial number are still only in paper and they wander through the halls very slowly from office to office.

Regards.

My understanding is that some art units are not switched over to handling applications electronically while others have migrated.
