Hello,

Did anyone hear about application process for 2004 computerized patent bar exam by USPTO?  I have been checking their OED website periodically but no forms yet.  Anyone know anything different?

I heard (2nd hand from one of the patent bar course instructors) that the application would go up by the end of this month and the exam would be next month.

There aren't many days left in April.  I have my doubts.

I'm still not seeing any change on the OED page at the USPTO.  Has anyone heard when we might be able to enroll for the test?

Also, has anyone heard anything about the computerized format that is going to be used?  I was wondering whether we'll be able to split-screen the MPEP and exam for list checks.
