Which state is better for an electrical agent?

I have an electrical and computer background and some experience in patent field.  I plan to move to US and want to know which area(s) or state(s) origiate(s) more electrical, computer and business methos patent applications?  WHich law firms are well known and have a good repute in patent in electrical and computer field?  I just wish to have a lot of chances to draft applications.
