A US patent application was published a month ago.

Said application claims, in its independent claim, a product which was reduced to practice by another outside of the US ~1 year before the priority of said application.

There was never any publication (e.g. brochure, catalog …) of the product that was reduced to practice.

What are the options to:
(a) Continue the sale of the product by the other even if said application grants with its current independent claim ?
(b) Interfere in the possibility of said application to grant with its current independent claim ?
