ASSIGNMENT OF COPYRIGHTS

This Agreement is freely assignable by both parties.

I wish you well, D-Man, but I worry for you that you are more interested in not paying an attorney to write an ENFORCEABLE assignment than you are in taking a serious risk with your property.  

I cannot comment on the template you've provided but I would seriously caution you to remember a very old saying in law that says that the attorney who represents himself has a fool for a client.  Good luck.
