Greetings, it's been awhile.
 While researching some stuff, I came across something that tells me to refer to "Trademark Act § 14; Trademark Rules 2.111-2.115; TBMP § 300, et seq" for further information

However, I cannot seem to find these documents or passages in the USPTO website. Can anybody point me in the right direction, or know anything about this?

Welcome back John.  

The TBMP is the manual of procedures for the TTAB.  C.F.R Rules 2.111-2.115 relate to Petitions for Cancellation and the corresponding TBMP equivalents are in "Chapter 300, Pleadings."  You can find the complete manual online at the TTAB.  Let me know if you need more help.  Thanks.

 For Sonnabend..you may remember my previous posts and discussions about a particular trademark problem I have.
Recently, I have found MOST excellent cause for it to be cancelled, such at the refusal by the USPTO to register an identical trademark submitted by the same company, on grounds it is functional (think I posted about that before..)..as well as proof of fraud via misrepresenting the dates in which the mark was first used...I have discovered a two year difference from the "claimed" time and the time they actually started.
