HELLO, I HAVE A FORMER PATENT PENDING INVENTION THAT CAN REVOLUTIONIZE THE EDUCATION INDUSTRY.

If it's the same (formerly) patent pending on the USPTO website (10/347,909), this application was abandoned January 25, 2005 for failure to respond to an Office Action.  And, unfortunately, what's there is now in the public domain.  This is one of the unfortunate results that can come from drafting and trying to prosecute one's own patent application.
One other thought.  If what you have out there now does not properly disclose your invention and your actual invention is not obvious in view of what's published, and there are no bar dates (offer to sell, public use, complete disclosures, etc.) you may yet have an opportunity for a patent.
Depending upon the nature of what you've created, you also may have some copyright protection.  I'd advise you to contact an attorney to help sort this out.
