since i have never filed a response to office action, i want to know if there are any reference books or articles related to detailed tips and skills about drafting skills. Any friend can provide some information about it?

In public PAIR you can view examples of responses to Office Actions, that may be somewhat helpful.  Also study chapter 700 of the MPEP.  You can try to hire a patent agent or patent attorney to write the response, but many practioners will be reluctant to follow-up on a pro se application.
