Right concept but wrong date

11/29/00 is what you were looking for. Know what the 102(e) dates are under different circumstances...and honestly the diagrams in chapter 700 can help you with that tremendously. Know when you can ammend and what you can ammend (article 19 vs the other one). Know what happens if you don't submit an abstract (they write one for you) and what you can do about it. Know how long you have to add priority if you forgot to. Geez what else...Chapter II demand of preliminary examination probably.
Go look through the list on patentbarquestions.com to get a good sense of PCT questions. I don't think I had more than 1 or 2 that were outside of the concepts described on that site. I had a total of maybe 8 or 9 on my exam 2 weeks ago.
