I'd appreciate it if anybody could give me any advice on a matter regarding a copyrighted song.  I will be releasing a record on a small label containing a cover of a song by a well-known band.  The record will be limited to a press run of only a few hundred copies, and the song in question is approximately 25 years old.  When I put the record out, do I have to spend the rest of my life worrying that I'm going to be sued by the artist in question, or can I rest easy?

Furthermore, if I could in fact be sued for this, would it be only for the amount of money I have made or could potentially make from sales of the record, or could it be a larger sum based on the violation of copyright law?
