I went to a training last year for a teaching method "system" of instruction.  They have a registered trademark for their name and the "graphic form of the eight maps" (graphic organizers).  We want to include some graphic organizers I created to apply this sytem in our district curriculum document, which is distributed throughout the school district.  The company that created the "system" is saying that we cannot include my graphic organizers in the document we distribute.  Is that correct??
