Hi,
I've been reading alot of your post on here.  I am curently trying to start a clothing line.  I have my name picked out and have done a search on it.  There is another company with the same name, but it is in a diff. class.  I'm going to contact a Trademark Service to see if i will be able to use it or not.  My question is how do you find one that is good or what would be a good price??  I'm new to all this.  Also, if i find i can us the name, should i use the same place to register it??  Thanks for your time and knowledge.
