We have a verbal agreement with a business to use their name and marks screen-printed onto items sold wholesale into retail trade.    I am somewhat familiar with brand licensing and have an idea of what might need to be included, but would prefer not to pay an attorney to write up the document..... rather pay to have it reviewed for comment.  Is there a free (internet?) source for a document that would protect both parties?
