FWIW, if you're looking for a special deal for an unfunded individual inventor, I'm pretty sure her situation does not give her much authority to negotiate her hourly rate and  terms.  She's not a co-owner of the firm she works for, i.e., she's not a partner.  She's definitely partner caliber and has been a partner before, but has chosen not to assume that role at this time in her career.
