I'm looking for information on how to protect yourself when selling copyrights of apparel. I am working with a fashion designer who is embarking on a deal with investors who want to purchase his designs.

Dear Leslie Scott,

The fashion industry has not been able to really use copyright. Design patents take to long. You have to know what you are doing and with whom you are dealing and what to do.
