printing my tour pass on tshirts

hi i am just wondering were i stand on copywrite issue .i have toured with various bands over the years from big bands to unknown bands .i like to set up a busniess were i would  print my tour passes on to t shirts.i am wondering if i am breaking any copywrite laws.the passes do not have a copy write issue on them and they were given out free of charge as a way of telling whos who in the touring crew.the pass printed on the t shirts would have the bands name it would be a4 size thanks for your help

Not required for copyright. No longer required in the U.S.

Doesn't matter. The question is: Do the passes have sufficient originality to be protected by copyright law?

Copyright law doesn't apply, but in most counties, trademark (servicemark) law could. Very risky idea.

FYI, such "information" itself is not protected by copyright. For example see: http://www.gigalaw.com/library/ticketmaster-tickets-2000-03-27.html
It is the particular expression of such information that might be protected by copyright, if more than a mere list of names or whatever, and trademark law might prevent use of the band names, if used in the way you describe.
