What sorts of stats does it take to land an offer?

I'm sure you already looked, but you could take a look at their associate biographies. You'll get a very good idea of the caliber of people they hire.

For example, the first guy's info:
University of Florida College of Law (J.D., high honors, 2002); Cornell University (B.A., Chemistry, 1999).

It's not much.. but it should help.
