Hi everyone,

Reading about the U.S. Copyright law, something came to my attention. Why isn't the secondary liability for copyright infringement foreseen by copyright act? As far as I can understand there is a common law secondary liability claim but not the statutory one? If the Patent Act provides such a claim, why it's not the case with the Copyright Act?
