The advantages of this internal combustion engine are following: First, the high compression ratio of the air in the cylinders operating space, and lowered compression ratio of the fuel/air mixture in the same that space. Besides, the "combustion" process starts in air deficiency and finishes in unlimited air surplus with partial only contact of the fuel flame with operation space enclosing surfaces in duration of the "combustion" process. I think the quality of the writing speaks for itself. The quality of the writing likely speaks as well for the value of the patent.

It's a shame that someone who has mastered the English language wasn't more involved in the drafting of this patent.

While its not easy to sell any patent, it seems to me you are being a little harsh.

It seems that the inventor is Bulgarian, and that the original patent application was filed in Bulgaria.  

There may have been some issues with translation as far as the description is concerned, but the claims look okay to me.  Without seeking to judge of the strength or exact quality of the claims in particular, they seem to me to be written decently.

All in all I have seen a lot worse.

From Bulgaria you say? ... is that a rebuttle toward the quality of the patent?

I know ... let's start a new rule ... if a patent specification is written in Bulgaria, then translated by a machine or a non-English speaker, then the domestic representative is told to dive on the grenade by a foreign attorney, then the domestic representative files a garble-dy-gook specification, then the Examiner fails in his or her responsibilities toward requiring a properly written specification, than a patent issues ... the new rule says 35 U.S.C. 112 is forgotten and the patent holder should be treated with kid gloves and be paid by ... let's see ... who should pay ? ... why of course ... CriterionD should pay!!!
