Hi,

My name is Scott Enright and I have a name that I would like to use for my business and I would like to own the name. How do I go about buying the name and do I need to protect it so that other people will not use it.

How do I do this? Am I missing any information? Is there somene i could talk to about starting a business on here in reagards to teh name?
