Anyway to find someone through their copywright?

I don't know if this is possible, but is there anyway to get contact information for someone who holds a copywright?  I run a theater and someone sent in a play of theirs with no return address or contact information.  We misplaced the envelope the script was went in.  Any help is appreciated.
