Sorry for not listing my email.  As an IT administrator, I know that bot searches can find email addresses in forums such as this one and use that for spamming.

I am interested in the following:

I would like to Trademark a product name.  A USPTO search shows that it has not been Trademarked.

However, a Google search, shows our intended product name as a portion of a title of a Copyrighted document.  

Is our wish to Trademark the product name hindered by it being in a copyrighted document?
