Reselling my old a/w

I am a freelance illustrator working in publishing (with an agency), and have come across a website that sells a/w for you. Am I within my rights to upload digital images that I have not signed contracts for? As this happens to be about 95% of my work, it means I have a large well of work to draw on and could boost my income considerably. Any help on this would be much appreciated.
