we are a non-profit organization aimed at repairing homes for those who could not otherwise afford to do so. until now we have been funded by the sale of outdoor products. (we are now funded by donations) we are no longer going to sell these, as it is to time consuming for our present manpower, and we will be able to focus more diligently on our main objectives.
our trademark is registered in the state of indiana and is a picture of our truck on top of two picnic tables. we would like to sell it if at all possible and purchase more equipment. it is viewable at www.billbuilds.com any information is deeply appreciated.  Rev. Bill

Generally speaking, you cannot "sell" a trademark unless you sell the associated good will with it.  In the realm of services, the assignee would have to provide services similar to those you had provided under the mark for you to meet the minimum requirements of transfer (and that ultimately may not be enough).

i appreciate the info, i had been looking for someone who sells similar products. Rev. Bill
