I am new to this and am trying to do my girlfriends parents a favour. - So any help will be greatly appreciated.

They need to sell their company name and have been offered $500 for it without even doing anything.  They obviously could do with the cash but they see a potential to earn some money for this.  The trademark is registered in the UK and has a good brand logo which also is registered in the uk.

Any suggestions.......!?

Dear Sallcock,

They should consult an IP lawyer they can trust. They have to also look at the business aspects of what they are doing.

If they were my clients, I'd have business suggestions for them too.
