Two parties sign an NDA that prohibits either party from sharing confidentially-disclosed information with any third parties.

Party A then manufactures and publicly sells a product based on trade secrets divulged by Party B, against Party B's wishes and without any further contract.

Is Party A violating the NDA contract?

That would depend on the terms of the NDA and your state's laws, and the nature of the secrets.  Also, in your other thread, you mention that the "secrets" are now revealed to the world in your published patent applications, but that you believe that the company doesn't know your applications have been published, so this may have an effect too. . . .
