Jobs listings need to be fixed again

The "Featured Jobs" are almost all the way down the page, driving out the new (but un-featured) job postings -- only two un-featured job postings are being displayed due to space limitations.

IIRC, last time, Jim said the "Featured" listings are only supposed to be the top ten;  the software apparently isn't working correctly.  I'd be happy to take a look at it if the mods/site owner would like.
