I have a website I'm creating which basically is a guide to the detroit area, in the site I want to include photos of various buildings to use (Example - Fisher Theatre) I want to create a page and use a photo (which either I will take or obtain legally from stock photos), I read that some buildings photos cannot be used without their permission, and a few others, I searched for info but the more I look the more confused I get, I will put a few examples below,
1) Fisher Theatre - (of course)
2) Hard Rock Cafe -  is a building but it shows their probably trademarked name and logo.
3) Taxi Cab - showing the name of a local taxi company.
4) City Vehicles - police fire?
I think that covers it, anyways a good place to start.
