Hello!

I am a photo-illustrator and I am creating a postcard for a hotel that would like to use imagery from popular business that are nearby (a theater, popular bookstore, a building with a clock tower). It is to show that if you stay at this hotel, you will be near all these great places to visit. If I take the photos of the outside of these businesses, can I use them for a postcard for this hotel? Or do they/we need permission to do that from the businesses? The postcard will most likely be given away to guests, but they might sell a few depending on events they have.
