Annual Fee for Attorney or Agent
« on: 02-08-12 at 06:16 am »

Hello all,

I've been a registered agent now for about a year and have not been notified to pay the Annual Fee to remain active. Is this something I do on my own or should I be receiving a notice in the mail?

I do not believe there is any annual fee or CLE requirements to stay actively barred with the USPTO.  If you are an attorney, you will have to maintain your state license.  You should get a bill in the mail from your state bar.
